Avocados are on my you can eat it, but just not too often list, because I am somewhat sensitive to them. So, when I do eat them, I try to make it count.
I used to live on avocado toast, but now it’s a treat, but I always have one avocado toast recipe that’s my favorite.
All I do is take some smashed avocado and put it on slices of homemade gluten free muffins, and top with fresh chopped tomatoes, crumbled crispy bacon, black Hawaiian sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
It is seriously one of my favorite breakfasts.
Today I added something new. Well, new to me. I finally tried Trader Joe’s’ Everything but the Bagel sesame seasoning blend. A little goes a long way, and it was a perfect addition!
