I am in love with these chocolate on chocolate Easter basket cupcakes. And, they are super easy, and fun, to make.
In a medium bowl add green food dye to a few cups of sweetened shredded coconut and gently mix until it is as green as you want it.
Place the coconut on top of the chocolate frosted cupcakes and gently place several jelly beans.
Depending on the size of your cupcake, cut a few inches off the end of a chocolate Twisler and bend over the cupcake. Secure by gently placing each end of the Twisler in the cupcake.
