Grilled Scallops Over Spaghetti Squash 

This grilled scallops over spaghetti squash dinner is another one of those meals that can be made for one person or many without much of a fuss.

All you do is add more scallops, seasonings and squash. Super easy, yet it looks impressive.

This is also gluten-free and paleo.

To prepare the scallops, places them in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, fresh cracked pepper and sea salt. Gently mix them so they all are evenly coated.

Transfer to a non-stick grilling pan that has been coated with a non-stick spray of oil of your choice. Grill until cooked.

Serve over the spaghetti squash, which can be cooked very fast in the microwave.
