Creamy Artichoke Hummus

This creamy artichoke hummus was definitely the case of something is going to go bad soon, so I need to cook with it.

I had a 6 ounce container of plain goat milk yogurt in the fridge that was going to expire in two days. He original plan wa sto make a straight artichoke dip, but I was also craving hummus.

Why not combine the two?!

It actually came really good.

Here is how I did it:

6 ounces plain goat milk yogurt

14 ounce can artichoke hearts in brine (rinsed and drained)

15 ounce can garbanzo beans  (rinsed and drained)

Juice of 1 lemon

1 clove garlic

Fresh cracked pepper

Sea salt

Put all the ingredients, salt, pepper and cumin to fit your taste, in the food processor and blend till smooth!

Serve with favorite dipping food.
